Comprehensive Marketing for IHG Hotels

Cogwheel Marketing knows the IHG marketing systems, from Hotel Content and Photo Management within Concerto (previously under HCM). There are even a few you don’t even know exist like Guest Connect, Package Booking Link Tool and Keyword Suggestion Tool. Additionally, we work with the brand to get access to channels like Facebook.. Once we define a strategy, we can execute seamlessly within the respective IHG systems.

This comprehensive package includes full online audit and fixing of: Content, SEO, Images, Local, Social, and OTAs. It is a 4 to 6 week process from the time we have the proper access.

If when your Clean Up Audit is complete and you need additional resources to drive exposure and revenue online, you can transition into an optional ongoing agreement.

There are additional tactics needed if a hotel is newly opening or going through a conversion process. These are in addition to the Clean Up Audit.

While not all hotels are created equal, our process for marketing select and mid-scale hotels differs from that of full-service hotels. We do not believe in a long drawn out contract, when hotels need to take advantage of online opportunities now. That is why our clean up audit is serviced as a short term project.
